Sprout is an application with a simple yet effective way to track bad habits and behaviour patterns to keep yourself on track. They can also log their day in general using the app by checking a few different factors and dealing with bad habits by rewarding, motivating, and conditioning themselves.
The users would use the app to get rid of their bad habits including anxiety or other self-harming habits. They will track their habits using the application and identify their triggers while working on them to live a healthy and balanced life.
Content and wireframe development for this application was my task as member of app development team.
